The Home Experts Minnesota Website Design project began with building a strong brand to support the direction for the new marketing campaign. Starting with the design of a fresh logo that would offer layout flexibility and coordinate well with the Keller Williams Classic Realty brand, it didn’t take long to narrow the style down to one that spoke to the owner, Jereomy Fiskewold. We introduced a great new color scheme paired with a clever text-based logo design utilizing negative space to form a home within EXPERTS. Multiple layout options were provided, all including the identifiers required for the real estate industry.
With the new style direction defined, it was time to start the website layout. Assisting with the content development to ensure a streamlined message for the viewer, we worked with Jereomy to develop the text and CTAs to communicate his purpose to his audience. Mining the initial basics allowed us to build and develop the content that would become the platform for the upcoming digital marketing campaign, including a website launch campaign, social media contests, and individual pay-per-click target market campaigns.
